If your installation of Cat's Eye only loads a black screen, please perform the following steps:

1. Delete the game folder.
   
2. Change your system locale to Japanese.
   
3. To do so, follow the following steps
   
1. For Windows 8/10: Control Panel -> Region and on Windows 7, click Region and Language
   
2. Go to the Administrative tab, change your system locale to Japanese.
   
4. Re extract the game from the downloaded zip
