We recommend writing in as soon as possible if your downloads are not ready, as this means your order may have been held up for manual review. Please contact us at support@denpasoft.com if you do not get it after a few hours.  Note that orders that are a week or more old may not be recoverable due to the hold expiring.

As for orders not arriving: if your order contains a pre-order item, it's shipped all in one package, meaning it will wait for the pre-orders to arrive at our office before being sent out. If you note your order is not yet fulfilled, this is why.
