- Go to the Start button, and then click Settings
Turn off Use Unicode Support
2. Click on Time & Language
3. Click on Region, then Additional date, time & regional settings
4. In this menu, click on Change date, time or number formats.![]()
5. Click on Administrative, then Change System Locale 
6. Make sure that Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support is unchecked.
